Payment Methods

1. Log in to your financial institution’s online or mobile banking and navigate to Interac e-Transfer Send Money.
2. Select the account you would like funds transferred from.
3. Add or select a contact and fill out the name Securemed and e-mail address: info@securemed.ca where you are sending money to.
4. Type in the specified amount you are sending, along with a personalized message indicating your company name and name of employee that the claim is for.
5. Enter the security question and answer that Securemed has provided to you in advance.
6. Securemed, the recipient, will receive a notification and can deposit the funds to their account through their online or mobile banking.
